Orders ship in 8 to 14 days and are tracked from day one. Tracking can take a couple of days to start updating after the label is created, which is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong. If you cannot find your order or the tracking has not moved in a week, email support@perrilane.com and we will chase it for you.
