Shipping policy

Orders ship in 8 to 14 days to the United States, tracked from day one. We put that in the first sentence because you should know it before you pay, not after.

Shipping is $5.99 flat on orders under $69.99, and free at $69.99 and above. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the order moves, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page at any time.

If your order arrives broken, or does not arrive at all, we send another one. You will not find a shipping protection upsell at our checkout, because you should not have to pay extra for that. Email support@perrilane.com and we will sort it.
