Refund policy

30 days. If your starter is not rising more predictably, send it back for a full refund. No forms, no fight.

Email support@perrilane.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us it did not work out. You do not need to explain yourself and there is no form to fill in. We will confirm by email and refund to your original payment method once the unit is on its way back.

If the unit arrives broken or does not arrive at all, that is not a return. Email us and we send another one. You do not pay shipping either way.
